Who they are

JEFY Tech is a lean, owner-operated MSP led by James, a technical founder with a decade in IT who supports clients across regulated industries including healthcare, legal, and finance. James is exactly the kind of operator who could build his own automation. He nearly did.

The challenge

James runs the desk himself. On a good day the path is clear, but as he puts it, “at least three out of five days of my week feel very chaotic,” pulled in a dozen directions across many clients and hundreds of users. For a solo operator, time is the ceiling on everything. He had started building his own AI automations and spent about a month at it, but hit a wall: self-built AI tools are fragile, and in regulated spaces someone has to own security and compliance. He did not have time to chase compliance standards on tooling he had built himself.

The solution: offload the whole stack

Rather than build and babysit a fragile DIY stack, James offloaded it. “In a perfect world, I would be a competitor and not a client,” he says, but the value proposition was, in his words, “stupid simple”: hand the integrations, the updates, the compliance, and the maintenance to Junto, and get back to the work only he can do. He connected his PSA on the first call and self-configured roughly 75% of his integrations within the first few weeks.

Now he works conversationally. An ambiguous “computer’s running slow” ticket, the kind that could have meant twelve hours lost in event logs, was triaged and remediated in about thirty minutes when Junto identified the culprit as Dell bloatware, avoiding a disruptive re-image. And because Junto exposes an MCP, James wired his own field note-taking agent into it, turning the drive home from a client site into logged tickets in his PSA.

In their words

“I am a limited resource. This tool has increased the amount of me available to my clients.”
“In a perfect world, I would be a competitor and not a client. It was stupid simple.”
“I could have spent twelve hours sifting through event logs. The tool did it in about thirty minutes.”
